What the hell Apple, Snow Leopard?

Have you heard about Snow Leopard? Apparently Apple thought everyone forgot that they pulled all Leopard developers off the project over a year ago to work on the iPhone. Leopard was unfinished when it was released. Now Apple wants to release new features for Leopard with a rather minor update? How much will it cost? Is anyone else a bit peeved by this?
